| If you're using the web-based interface, then no, you can't. Whichever way you're accessing the newsgroup, please be considerate of other users, who may have slow internet connections. If you must post files to the newsgroup, keep them under 100 KB. However, we have a shared FTP account set up specifically for the purpose of sharing files.
